Servo feeder retrofit for bag sealing line

Problem
A manufacturer needed precise, repeatable length control added to an existing bag-sealing system without replacing the host machine, and wanted the option to scale from a bare-bones tuning setup up to an operator-facing HMI later.
Approach
We designed two servo-controlled powered feeders (urethane-roller pinch feeders mounted before and after the existing sealer) tied into a shared control cabinet with pneumatic air prep. The base system is tuned through a laptop for administrator-only length changes; we scoped an optional touchscreen HMI and additional feeder axes as a modular upgrade path rather than a future redesign. Scope included mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic design plus on-site installation support.
Outcome
The line now holds repeatable product length through the sealing station, on a feeder platform that can expand to more axes or operator-level controls without reworking what's already installed.
